Product cleanliness testing:
Place the product on the testing table, facing the light or using a high brightness lamp tube to place it in the protective film tube core to observe its appearance, such as bubbles, wrinkles, voids, dislocations, crystal dots, impurities, black spots, and other adverse conditions.

Product performance testing:
According to standards (such as GB/T1040, 2792, etc.), inspect and monitor whether the tensile strength, elongation at break, and 180 ° peel strength of the finished product meet the requirements.

UV weathering test:
Place the finished product into the instrument and simulate various climatic and environmental conditions, such as UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness, etc. After the specified number of cycles, observe the degree of aging of the tested product and whether it meets all performance requirements.

Temperature resistance test:
Place the product in a testing environment and store it for a specified period of time, then place it at room temperature and tear it open at the specified speed. The product should be free from residual adhesive or mist.
